Sick Child Medicine
Do you need an appointment today? Is you child feverish or exhibiting symptoms that you are not comfortable with? We address acute medical concerns for established patients today. Give us a call. We schedule appointments for today starting at 8:00AM. We always like to say that nobody knows a child’s health like their parents. If you are concerned, call and book an appointment for today. We are committed to addressing your concerns.
Well Child Medicine
Periodic preventative medicine helps to maintain the health of your child, and is a time to ask any health related questions that you may have. Babies are seen at 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 2 years, 30 months and 3 years. All other children are see their pediatrician annually to address any health concerns that the parents might have.
Another benefit of preventative medicine is that Village Pediatrics is happy to complete healthcare administrative tasks such as school and camp forms so long as your child is up to date on their well child checkups. While many facilities charge for administrative tasks such as physical forms, Village Pediatrics does not.
Other Services
In addition to Acute and Wellness Medicine services, Village Pediatrics offers after hours nursing advice through UNC Healthlink at no cost to the patient. We also have a board certified pediatrician on call 24/7/365. Need a camp form or prescription refill? Village Pediatrics will take care of it at no cost. Have a simple question? Call and ask our advice nurses any time, day or night, for free. Simply put, you and your family deserve the best we can offer, and you deserve not to be nickeled and dimed on phone calls, refills, and forms.
