Covid Vaccines for Children ages 5-11 years old!
Like many of you, we at Village Pediatrics of Chapel Hill are closely following as the FDA and CDC do the work of evaluation and recommendation of Covid-19 vaccines for children ages 5-11 years old. We have been allocated for the "first wave" of Pfizer vaccine and anticipate delivery just after final recommendations are made. We are currently making preparations for this and expect "shots in arms" will begin the day after final approval is announced. Our providers anticipate high demand for this vaccine and we are currently scheduling vaccine appointments. Please call our office at 919-969-9611 to schedule.
If you are new to our practice and have not visited our office before, you will need to complete a registration form and provide your child's insurance information. We will also need some way to verify your child's birthday!
